INP Public Relations Division Head Inspector General Johnny Eddizon Isir emphasized that law enforcement adopts a communicative, persuasive, and measured approach to guarantee peaceful public expression.

"Police respect and safeguard democratic spaces for public expression," he said. "Our presence ensures citizens convey aspirations safely, peacefully, and responsibly without compromising the rights and mobility of others."
