Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Indonesian National Police (INP) Deputy Chief Commissioner General Dedi Prasetyo officially opened the Bhayangkara Sports Day INP Chief (Kapolr)i Cup 2026 at the Jakarta Metro Jaya Regional Police headquarters on Sunday (28/6/2026).
The event is part of the 80th Bhayangkara Day celebrations, aimed at promoting healthy living, strengthening solidarity, and fostering athletic talent.
In his remarks, delivered on behalf of the Police Chief, Chief Dedi emphasized the INP's long-standing service to the nation.
“We must reaffirm our commitment to be protectors, guides, and servants trusted and loved by the people,” he said.
The Kapolri Cup features eight sports, including basketball, badminton, judo, shooting, tennis, taekwondo, karate, and indoor skydiving, with 6,698 athletes.
Chief Dedi also praised the INP athletes who won medals at the World Police and Fire Games and SEA Games 2025.
