Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) reinforced its internal capacity to counter increasingly complex digital crimes by hosting the 2nd Internal INP Strengthening Dialogue in South Jakarta on Tuesday (4/8/2026). 

The hybrid session centered on the transformation of handling love scamming offenses and strengthening law enforcement capabilities in response to evolving digital crime tactics.

Initiated by the INP Public Relations Division, the forum served to upgrade the technical competence and operational knowledge of investigators regarding technology-driven fraud and online exploitation schemes.

"Digital advancement has brought new operational modes," Head of the Public Information Bureau Partnership Division Senior Superintendent Hadi Wahyudi said "Therefore, it is the duty of all stakeholders, not just Polri, to synergize in preventing and handling cases related to love scamming."

The multi-disciplinary panel provided insights spanning legal enforcement, victim protection, and psychological approaches required to investigate love scamming networks effectively and secure digital environments for the public
