Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) has officially guaranteed that the 2026 recruitment process for the Police Academy (Akpol) will be conducted with full transparency, strictly adhering to the "BETAH" principles: Clean, Transparent, Accountable, and Humane.
"This recruitment is a strategic effort to build a professional and trusted police force. There is absolutely no room for brokers or 'jockeys' in this process," said Inspector General Anwar, the Assistant to the Indonesian National Police Chief for Human Resources, during a coordination meeting on Monday.
The Head of Human Resources at the Jakarta Metro Jaya Regional Police, Senior Superintendent Muh. Dwita Kumu Wardana, said that the 2026 intake is open exclusively through the regular track, with a national quota of 300 cadets.
Officials warned the public to remain vigilant against fraud, reiterating that the selection is free of charge and success depends entirely on the candidates' individual performance across the rigorous testing phases.
The recruitment process is noted for being the most comprehensive track within the INP, spanning from April to July. Authorities encourage all applicants to prepare rigorously for the upcoming medical and psychological evaluations starting this week.
