The Indonesian National Police (INP) has solidified the operational and institutional foundation of SMA Kemala Taruna Bhayangkara  high school by inaugurating the Daily Governing Board of the Kemala Taruna Bhayangkara Educational Institution (LP-KTB) on Tuesday (21/7/2026).

Deputy INP Chief Commissioner General Dedi Prasetyo led the inauguration ceremony at the school’s campus in Gunung Sindur, Bogor Regency. 

"A great school is built upon a great system," he said during the event. "LP-KTB was formed to ensure every policy, learning process, and development milestone operates professionally and remains quality-driven."

The establishment of LP-KTB follows the Ministerial Decree of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-0004000.AH.01.07 Year 2026, issued on 29 May 2026. The board is tasked with driving governance, curriculum development, educator quality, and strategic partnerships, ensuring long-term institutional sustainability based on good governance principles.

Under the organizational structure, INP Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo serves as Chairman of the Executive Supervisory Board, while Chief Dedi leads as Executive Chairman. The board is further supported by prominent figures across sectors, including Commissioner General (ret) Chryshnanda Dwilaksana and business figure Sugianto “Aguan” Kusuma.

Following the ceremony, Chief Dedi inspected the campus, where 297 enrolled students have begun academic orientation, placement testing, and boarding activities. Certified under the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB-DP), the school integrates the IB curriculum with the National Curriculum to prepare future leaders ahead of the "Indonesia Emas 2045" vision.
