Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) introduced the Smart Hybrid Assessment Center (SMART-HAC) to transform its competency assessment processes through advanced digital integration.

Developed by Superintendent Dr. Basuki through the 2026 National Leadership Training Project, SMART-HAC introduces a hybrid model combining onsite, online, and blended evaluations to overcome geographical and mobility challenges.

SMART-HAC is designed to enhance efficiency and flexibility while maintaining the highest standards of objectivity, integrity, and assessment quality.

The system utilizes video conferencing and structured Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reduce assessor travel costs while optimizing operational capacity. Implementation involves technical training, pilot simulations, and cross-sector collaboration with human resources and IT divisions.
