Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) has announced a comprehensive transformation and reform initiative covering physical, bureaucratic, and value-based aspects, including morality, humanity, transparency, and public service enhancement.
“Transformation is the courage to learn from the past, correct mistakes, face current challenges, and prepare for a better future,” said Commissioner General Chryshnanda Dwilaksana, the Head of the INP Transformation Reform Team and Chief of the INP Education and Training, on Tuesday (23/9/2025), as reported by antaranews.com.
He emphasized that law enforcement should not only punish but also build civilization and resolve conflicts respectfully. The program aims to strengthen professionalism, humanism, and the police’s role in maintaining security and legal certainty across Indonesia.
INP Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo established the reform team on 17 September 2025, comprising 52 senior and mid-ranking officers, with INP Deputy Chief Commissioner General Dedi Prasetyo serving as advisor.
