Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of Finance has released blocked budgets for ministries and state agencies totaling Rp 168.5 trillion from an initial Rp 256.1 trillion as of Monday, according to Director General of Budget Luky Alfirman.

“The blocked budget at the start of the year was Rp256.1 trillion. As of today, Rp168.5 trillion has been unlocked,” he said during the September edition of the APBN KiTa press conference on Tuesday (23/9/2025), as reported by antaranews.com.

Funds released are intended to support government priority programs, including paddy field development, improved facilities for public schools, and Islamic boarding schools (madrasah) revitalization, as well as operational costs and core functions of the ministries and state agencies.

As of August 31, 2025, the ministries and state agencies spending reached Rp686 trillion, or 59.1 percent of the 2025 state budget ceiling of Rp1,160.1 trillion. The Ministry has deployed an intensive three-month monitoring team to optimize budget absorption and ensure programs run effectively.
