Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Brigadier Rian Hendris Saputra of the Indonesian National Police (INP) won a bronze medal in the 79kg Combat SAMBO Senior category at the Asia and Oceania SAMBO Championships 2026, held 25 to 28 June 2026 at Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Manila, Philippines.

Competing against top athletes from across Asia and Oceania, he fought with discipline and determination to secure third place and raise Indonesia’s flag on the podium.

Brigadier Rian, who serves in the Traffic Corps) of the INP, demonstrated that police officers can contribute beyond their duties by making achievements in sports.
