Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) are preparing students and cadets across various police educational institutions to support the government's digital Social Protection, known as Perlinsos, program during upcoming field training exercises.
INP Deputy Chief Commissioner General Dedi Prasetyo directed the INP Education and Training (Lemdiklat) to equip trainees from the Police Inspector School (SIP), Police Women School (Sepolwan), State Police School (SPN), and Police Academy (Akpol) with digital data verification and community communication skills. Field placements for SIP students will begin in October 2026, followed by other units in November.
"We must prepare students entering field training to operate devices, collect data, and communicate effectively with the public," Chief Dedi said.
The initiative supports a government drive targeting digital verification for 48 million families by 30 November 2026. Chief Dedi said that police trainees will only assist with data registration and updating, not determining beneficiary eligibility.
