Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Indonesian National Police (INP) Deputy Chief Commissioner General Dedi Prasetyo inspected the Policewomen School (Sepolwan) of the Police Education and Training Institution (Lemdiklat) in South Jakarta on Wednesday (30/9/ 2026).
The visit aimed to review ongoing educational transformations, including Outcome Based Education (OBE) frameworks and Learning Management System (LMS) digital platforms.
"Society is changing and challenges are changing, so the way we learn must also change," Chief Dedi said during a dialogue with trainees. "Future female officers must be capable of using technology, thinking critically, communicating effectively, and understanding public needs."
Accompanied by Head of Sepolwan Senior Superintendent Melda Yanny, Chief Dedi inspected digital classrooms, shooting ranges, judo facilities, and student dormitories. He highlighted the institution's diverse talent pool, which includes international athletes and high-achieving academic scholars.
Chief Dedi urged Lemdiklat to maximize facility capacity, setting a target for Sepolwan to train 1,000 female officers by 2027 while expanding advanced education pathways through STIK police school degrees and LPDP scholarship opportunities.
