Inp.polri.go.id - Kendari. Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police hosted a visit from the Indonesian National Police (INP)’s Research and Development Center (Puslitbang) team on Monday (*/6/2026) to conduct studies on optimizing police duties in the region.

“This research is expected to provide constructive input for improving Polri’s performance, especially in combating corruption and supporting government programs,” said Southeast Sulwesi Police Deputy Chief Brigadier General Budi Hermawan, who led the session that was attended by senior officers and related units.

The research focuses on two strategic themes: strengthening anti-corruption functions and enhancing the INP’s role in supporting the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program, aligned with Indonesia’s 2045 vision.

Team leader Senior Superintendent A. Widihandoko explained the study aims to gather comprehensive data from regional units to formulate effective policy recommendations. The event included presentations, discussions, and data collection, all conducted smoothly and with strong participation.
