Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Head of Indonesian National Police (INP) Traffic Corps, Inspector General Aan Suhanan reveals various ways to anticipate congestion during the homecoming season in West Java. He notes that the traffic volume in that region will be packed.
“We have prepared various ways to manage the traffics, ranging from contraflow, one way, and even we planned to deploy a dispersion team,” says Aan quoted from metrotvnews on Monday (4/1/2024).
In his statement, INP Traffic Corps adds that the plan would be implemented along with the deployment of a dispersion unit “with hopes that people would be more compliant with the traffic law,” says Aan.
On the other hand, INP Traffic Corps has coordinated with related stakeholders, including the Ministry of Transportation.
“In our coordination, we mapped locations prone to congestion and prepared various traffic engineerings such as diversion, blockade, to one way system,” explained Aan.
