Indonesian National Police (INP) Vice Chief Commissioner General Agus Andrianto appreciates and thanked Riau Police ranks as Precision Program of INP has been carried out with full dedication, loyally, and optimally in effort to maintain public safety and security. “According to Quick Wins Precision program, we have achieved 76.4% of public trust which could be a momentum for us in building a better communication with the public, preparing security operations and solidifying our neutrality during election,” says Agus on Thursday (11/23/2023). He then explains that it is important to always monitor the situation in the field as several activities required police presence in maintaining order and peace, as simple as managing traffics during rush hour. “Do your job with full responsibility, with empathy and don’t shy away from reminding other from their mistakes. Change your mindset from ‘INP wants to be loved by the community’ to ‘INP love the community’. Don’t ever betray our own people and use our authorities wisely, to help the people in need,” advise the INP Vice Chief. Agus implores all personnel to intensify cooling system program amidst the tension of 2024 General Election by meeting with public figures, doing social activities, advocating Peaceful Election and others.
