The Vice Head of Indonesian National Police (INP), Commissioner General Agus Andiranto implores all party to maintain public harmony and unity in Lampung Province. “This harmony and unity must be maintained at all times,” says Agus on Friday (12/22/2023). According to him, the diverse and religious harmony in Lampung mirrored the general society value of Indonesia where cultural, religious, or race differences does not possess any danger to the unity of the state. “The harmony of Lampung community demonstrates the real Indonesian community,” explains Agus. Moreover, Agus suggest all parties has to be more tolerant with one another and not to seek any holes to blame the other. “The existing Bhineka, the heterogeneity of Lampung society truly resembles Indonesia miniature society. This unity in diversity must be the exemplary for another province,” says Agus.
