Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo ensures that the national rice stocks for the Holy Month of Ramadhan is safe and sufficient. "There are no issues with our stocks as you can see we have plenty of them here," said President Joko on Friday (2/16/2024). According to Jokowi, what has become the attention of the government is how to properly distribute the rice to the market, and eventually safely to the people. "What's important is on how to properly distribute it to the market, to the people, to the retails, and made the rice available to all. We are aware that this is not easy to overcome," said the President. However, Jokowi told that preparing the rice stocks and distribution, especially ahead Ramadhan, is a routine that has been carried out by the government every year. Jokowi stressed that government have prepared stocks for every kinds of rice, from medium to premium. "Indeed, we are preparing for every stocks," said President Jokowi. (ad/ndt/pr/nm)
