Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Indonesian President Joko Widodo inaugurates four type A bus terminals, which are Purworejo, Wonosobo, Blitar, and Madiun Terminal on Tuesday (1/2/2024). He hopes that the new terminals would bring about changes for the bus terminal format. “Bus terminals should be like these, where the image of terminals full of thugs are completely gone,” says Jokowi after inspecting the terminals. According to Jokowi, bus terminal is part of public service facility while also acts as the state economy driving force. He emphasized all parties to be united and improve public facilities service for the better. “I implore transportation ministry in other cities to look into these terminals, so that the best terminals would not only exist in Purworejo, Wonosobo, Blitar, and Madiun, but across the state,” says Jokowi.
