Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Indonesian National Police and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) extends their collaboration and supervision in eradicating graft.
The solidifying of their cooperation was highlighted with the signings by the INP Criminal Investigation Unit Chief Commissioner General Wahyu Widada and KPK Supervision Director Yudhiawan. Their signings were directly supervised by the two head of the institutions, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo of INP Chief and Nawawi Pomolango of KPK Head.
“This is part of our effort in reinforcing our cooperation that has been long built as KPK and INP agreed to further collaborate in supervision sectors,” said General Sigit at KPK HQ on Monday (12/4/2023).
Sigit adds that the continuous collaboration between the two institution marks their commitment in enforcing the law against the corruption by building stronger system, preventive measures, and other specified measures.
Same statement also uttered by KPK chair as coordination and supervision duties has been regulated in Law No. 19 of 2019. Thus, a strong synergy between law enforcement officials in corruption criminal actions sector is a must.
