Inp.polri.go.id - Bandarlampung.  Lampung Regional Police Chief Inspector General Helmy Santika  inspected the repeat voting  at a polling sation in Waykandis Sub-District, Tanjungsenang District, on Sunday (18/2/2024). "Today, there is a repeat voting at polling station 19, and everything seems to be running smoothly," Chief Helmy said as reported by antaranews.com. He expected that the ongoing repeat voting in two locations in Bandarlampung could proceed safely and as expected.  Bandarlampung Mayor Eva Dwiana also presented the inspection at the polling station. Chief Helmy explained that the Lampung Police have instructed sub-regional police offices to  secure the recapitulation of the 2024 Election vote count at the sub-district election committee level. "Local police offices are responsible for security reinforcement, while the Lampung Police will focus on securing the provincial and District or City Election Commissions," he said.
