inp.polri.go.id – The National Police Strategic Studies Institute (Lemkapi) awarded the Sukabumi Police Chief and several Sukabumi Police personnel for their outstanding performance, Monday (27/6). Lemkapi awarded a certificate of appreciation to the Sukabumi Police Chief, AKBP. Dedy Darmawansyah, Head of Criminal Investigation Unit, AKP. I Putu Asti Hermawan Santosa, Head of Narcotics Investigation, AKP. Kusmawan, and the Sukabumi Police Institution for the achievement in their performance as a police institution. Presented by the Executive Director of Lemkapi, Dr. Edi Saputra Hasibuan, S.H., M.H., who is a former member of Kompolnas for the 2012-2016 period, stated that he handed over the certificate of appreciation directly as an appreciation to the Sukabumi Police Chief, AKBP. Dedy Darmawansyah and all ranks of the Sukabumi Police. "Lemkapi is present today to hand over the certificate of appreciation directly as an appreciation to the Head of the Sukabumi Police, AKBP Dedy Darmawansyah and the entire ranks of the Sukabumi Police," concluded the Executive Director of Lemkapi. He revealed that for almost 2 months, they have conducted research and monitoring the performance of the Sukabumi Police. These achievements include the disclosure of methamphetamine weighing 24 kg, the disclosure of Human Trafficking, and even the service of escorting an ambulance by the Sukabumi Police Chief where the ambulance was carrying critical patients who were stuck in traffic. "That for almost 2 months doing research and monitoring, their performance shows extraordinary results," he said. He also explained that the Sukabumi Police Criminal Investigation Unit was considered to have performed an extraordinary performance in providing protection and assistance for the community. This is proof of the police being present as protectors and helpers in the community.
