Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. A magnitude 5.2 earthquake rattled the Tanimbar Islands in Maluku at around 5.46 pm on Saturday (27/4/2024).
The quake's epicenter was located 210 kilometers northwest of Tanimbar, with a depth of 179 kilometers.
According to the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG), the earthquake was not expected to trigger a tsunami.
As of Sunday morning, there have been no reports of damage or casualties.
