Inp.polri.go.id – Bali. Bali Regional Police invites pecalang to join supporting security officials in maintaining security during vote recapitulation.
“We will hold joint patrol with the pecalang, military, and Indonesian National Police (INP) personnel,” said Bali Regional Police Chief Inspector General Ida Bagus Kade Putra Narendra on Wednesday (2/14/2024).
When visiting the polling stations, he mapped several areas prone to election, such as Denpasar City and Buleleng Regency.
“We are reinforcing the area, not just in one location, but to several strategic locations prone in this city [Denpasar] and in Buleleng,” said Ida Bagus.
According to him, the patrol is also part of Regional Leadership Coordination Forum in supporting the General Election Commission so that the election would go safely and secure. The expectation of election goes safely and conducive also stated by the Bali Acting Governor Sang Made Mahendra.
“I appreciate that everything here goes safely and accordingly, no queue seen nor crowding. I hope Bali remains conducive,” said the acting Governor during his visit to Polling Station 18 of Banjar Belaluan. Sang Made also thanked for all parties who have contributed in securing the election.
