inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of Manpower is opening competency certification registration for participants of the National Internship Program for Higher Education Phase 2 from June 8–19, 2026, through the MagangHub platform.

This program, in collaboration with the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), provides participants with the opportunity to obtain competency certificates recognized by the workplace.

The Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity Development at the Ministry of Manpower, Darmawansyah, stated that competency certification is an important tool to ensure that participants' knowledge, skills, and work attitudes meet the standards required by the workplace.

"Through competency certification, participants receive official recognition for the skills they have developed during the MagangHub program. The competency certificate serves as proof that their competencies meet the standards required by the workplace," explained Darmawansyah on Monday (6/8/2026).

According to him, the current workplace requires workers who not only possess diplomas but also demonstrate measurable competencies that align with industry needs.

Therefore, competency certificates can be an added value that increases the trust of the business world and the industrial world in the abilities of prospective workers.
