They were tricked that they could get rich fast through gambling, when in fact that is so wrong,” says Minister Budi on Monday (2/5/2024). However, Minister Budi also acknowledge that on several occasion there are gambling sites that slipped from their watch. “They use and did everything they can, but our policy remains the same, we will take them all down,” said Minister Budi firmly. Moreover, in eradicating online gambling requires long-term cooperation from many parties as the criminals will continue to find new ways in barging in. Therefore, if people still found online gambling content in the internet, Budi implores them to report the case through aduankonten.id or the official social media account of the ministry. Budi believe that with proactive involvement from the community, the eradications of online gambling in Indonesia would achieve its goals.
