Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Mobile Brigadier of West Kalimantan led by Commander of Company 1 Battalion B Pioneer Police Commissioner Adjutant (AKP) Imam Krismawan patrols on the wildfire site to extinguish any potential fire, Tuesday (9/12/2023). The patrols is part of routine activity of West Kalimantan Mobile Brigadier unit to intercept any irresponsible individuals intent to open field by ways of burning. During the patrol, personnel also visited several houses near the site and remind the dangers of the fire and the impact to self and the others. Personnel also explained the consequences in law for those who caught red-handed intentionally open the land by burning in accordance to the Republic of Indonesia Law No.32 of 2009 concerning the Environment. Furthermore, personnel also inspect the locations who allegedly was intentionally burned and asked the people around to inform the officials if find any suspicious activity.
