Head of the National Police Public Relations Division, Pol. Inspector-General Dr. Dedi Prasetyo, said the competency test was only to map the competencies possessed by 56 former KPK employees to become National Police's State Civil Apparatus.
"The next stage will be a competency test or assessment. The competency test is only 'mapping' or mapping according to the competencies possessed by Corruption Eradication Commission employees who will join the National Police's State Civil Apparatus," said the Head of the National Police Public Relations Division at the National Police Headquarters, South Jakarta, Monday (12/06/2021).
According to the Head of the National Police Public Relations Division, the competency test is only a competency mapping, not a benchmark, whether or not the 56 former Corruption Eradication Commission employees are National Police's State Civil Apparatus.
"Just 'mapping', so no results, neither qualified nor unqualified. Only 'mapping' according to competence," said the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police.
After this competency test, continued the Head of the National Police Public Relations Division, 56 former Corruption Eradication Commission employees will occupy positions that have been determined based on the decision of the Ministry of Empowerment of State Civil Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenpanRB).
"It will only be placed in accordance with the office space that has been provided based on the decision of the Ministry of Empowerment of State Civil Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform," he said.
The National Police has invited 57 former Corruption Eradication Commission employees to participate in the socialization of Perpol Number 15 of 2021 concerning the Special Appointment of 57 former Corruption Eradication Commissione employees as National Police's State Civil Apparatus.
Of the 57 former Corruption Eradication Commission employees invited, 52 were present, including Novel Baswedan, Yudi Purnomo, Rasamala Aritonang, and Hotman Tambunan.
Meanwhile, 5 people were declared absent, one of whom died on behalf of Nanang Priyono.
While the other 4, one person each came late, 1 person was preparing for a wedding, 1 person was out of town and 1 other person was completing his master's thesis.
During the socialization, there was also the signing of a statement of willingness to serve as National Police's State Civil Apparatus to 56 former Corruption Eradication Commission employees.
"So that's the step (to be taken) until tomorrow, right? Later, if there are further developments, the media will be informed," said the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police.
