Head of BGN, Dadan Hindayana, dismissed circulating rumors suggesting that the agency would prosecute citizens under the Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) Law for posting menu content.
"I actually welcome people posting these menus online, as it serves as a form of collective public oversight," he said, as quoted by antaranews.com.
The agency confirmed that reports of criminal threats were completely baseless and did not reflect official policy. Dadan emphasized that public documentation helps the central office monitor the quality of Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit(SPPG) kitchensacross various regions.
