Wamena - Personnel of Noken Community Development Unit (Binmas Noken) of Jayawijaya Departmental Police advises the people of Walesi district to attend a mass vaccination event held by Jayawijaya Departmental Police at the Al Istiqomah Orphanage, Walesi, on Friday morning (24/12/2021). During the event, Binmas Noken personnel invited unvaccinated people to come to the vaccination outlet of Jayawijaya Departmental Police for a free vaccine Chief of Wamena Regional Coordinator of Binmas Noken, Police Commissioner Attendant Harbani Paruki, stated that they accompanied the vaccinators from the Departmental Police to invite and convince people to be willing to get vaccinated to increase immunity from Covid-19. "We gave understanding to the people not to afraid when vaccinated because it is important to protect themselves from Covid-19. Besides, the vaccine also the requirements to go outside the region", Chief of Regional Coordinator said. Besides advice, Binmas Noken personnel also gave gifts of rice and basic necessities for vaccinated people.
