Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono reaffirmed Indonesia’s continued support for Palestine, declaring that the Indonesian people will continue to stand with Palestinians amid ongoing Israeli aggression.

“To our brothers and sisters in Gaza and Palestine, you are not alone. You will always be remembered, fought for, and cared for by the people of Indonesia,” he said during a pro-Palestine rally at Jakarta’s National Monument (Monas) square on Sunday (3/8/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.

The minister highlighted Indonesia’s long-standing bond with Palestine and the nation’s deep desire to see Palestine enjoy full independence. He noted that Indonesia continues concrete efforts, advocacy at international forums and delivery of humanitarian aid, amounting to hundreds of billions of rupiah and millions of dollars.

This support aligns with President Prabowo Subianto’s directive to prioritize Palestine as part of Indonesia’s foreign policy agenda.
