"Security is carried out in layers. There are periodic and incidental inspections, regular supervision of detention rooms, and recording of all guard activities. This is all done to ensure security and order within the detention center," he said.

In addition, there are a number of prohibitions that prisoners must comply with, including prohibitions on carrying communication devices, carrying money, gambling, and bringing, storing, using, or distributing narcotics within the detention center.

Meanwhile, during visits, every visitor is required to undergo an identity check and registration, as well as an inspection of their belongings. Visits are conducted at designated times and are free of charge.
