inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police conveyed the latest developments regarding the protest by labor elements from KSPSI and KSPI in front of the DPR/MPR RI Building.

Head of Public Relations of Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police, Brigadier General Ade Ary Syam Indradi explained that until now the situation has been safe, orderly, and under control.

"We would like to thank our brothers and sisters from KSPSI and KSPI who have actively communicated in the preparation process for today's demonstration to express opinions. Until now, the situation is safe and under control, and well received inside," said Brigadier General Pol. Ade Ary in his statement, Monday (22/9/2025).

For security, Polda Metro Jaya has prepared 4,129 joint personnel consisting of personnel from INP, Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police, Central Jakarta Regional Metro Police, supported by 200 Marine Corps personnel and 30 personnel from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

"We apologize if any public activities are disturbed while passing around the DPR/MPR Building. We urge the public to follow the instructions and directions of officers in the field for the sake of smooth traffic, security, and maintaining cleanliness together," he explained.

He emphasized that all personnel are asked to act humanely in carrying out security duties, in accordance with the direction of Chief Asep Edi Suheri.
