Police Ban Four Suspects of ACT From Going Abroad

inp.polri.go.id -  The National Police Directorate of Special Economic Crimes, asked the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to ban four suspects from the Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) foundation to leave abroad. The four suspects consist of the founder and former President of ACT Ahyudin, the current President of ACT Ibnu Khajar, the ACT coach Hariyana Hermain, and Novariandi Imam Akbari as Chair of ACT's Board of Trustees. "We requested the Directorate General of Immigration to ban the four suspects from going abroad," explained the Head of the Public Information of the National Police Public Relations Division, Police Commissioner Nurul Azizah, Thursday (28/7/22). According to her, the measures was intended to prevent them from escaping abroad due to them not being detained yet. "For the sake of further investigation and fear of fleeing abroad," she explained. As previously reported, the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency confiscated 56 units of vehicles belonging to the Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) foundation. Head of Public Information Bureau, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan said that dozens of ACT operational vehicles were storage at the Waqf Distribution Center (WDC) Building, Global Wakaf Corpora on Serpong Parung, West Java. "There is limited storage space for evidence in our HQ and we storage it in that warehouse, and it was locked and closed, so it is safe," he explained. He stated that dozens of vehicles seized by investigators consisted of 44 cars and 12 motorcycles.
