Two suspects in the alleged embezzlement of PT Dana Syariah Indonesia (DSI) customer funds have responded to a summons from the Special Economic Crimes Directorate of the Indonesian National Police (INP) Criminal Investigation Agency. The two suspects present were AR and TA.

The Director of Special Economic Crimes, Brigadier General Ade Safri Simanjuntak, explained that suspect MY did not respond to the summons based on information from his attorney.

"Two suspects are currently being questioned. One suspect, TA, and the other, AR. Suspect M confirmed through his attorney that he cannot attend today's summons due to illness," explained Ade Safri at INP Criminal Investigation Agency, South Jakarta, Monday (2/9/2026).

Ade explained that the questioning of the two suspects will focus on the crimes they committed. He said that the questioning of suspect MY, who did not appear, will be rescheduled.

"We are investigating everything. We are investigating everything related to the alleged crimes that occurred," he said.
