inp.polri.go.id – Central Lampung. Approaching the quiet period of the 2024 Regional Head Election, the ranks of Lampung Regional Police hold a massive patrol on Saturday (11/23/2024).

The patrol aims to maintain security and order and ensure that the democratic process is going safely, order, and smoothly.

The Vice Head of Central Lampung Regional Police, Police Assistant Superintendent Juli Sundara, reveals that the patrol is part of preventive effort in anticipating vulnerabilities potential during the quiet period.

“We want to ensure that the quiet period of Regional Head Election is truly free from any issues that could trigger disruptions and conflict,” says Police Assistant Superintendent Juli Sundara.

On that occasion, the Deputy Chief of Police appealed to the entire community to maintain peace and harmony ahead of the election.

"We hope that the entire community can actively participate in maintaining a conducive atmosphere and not be involved in activities that can damage the Pilkada process," explained the Deputy Chief of Police of Central Lampung.
