inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The South Jakarta Metro Police have named 6 Holywings cafe employees as suspects in the case of free alcohol promotions for those with the names of 'Muhammad’ and ‘Maria'. "There are six people who are suspects, all of them are people who work for HW (Holywings)," explained the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Commissioner Budhi Herdi Susianto, Friday (24/6/22). Commissioner Budhi Herdi Susianto added that the six suspects each had the initials EJD (27) as the Creative Director of Holywings, NDP (36) as the program designer and forwarded them to the creative team. Then, DAD (27) who created the viral promo design, EA (22), the admin team who uploaded the posts on social media, AAB (25), as the social media officer, and AAM (25) as the admin of the promo team who gave the request. According to Budhi, the motives of the suspects in making the designs and upload them on social media was to attract customers to came to the Holywings outlet. "The motives of the suspects are that they create these contents to attract customers to the Holywings outlet, especially at outlets whose sales percentage is below the target of 60%," explained the Police Chief. For their actions, the suspects will be charged with Article 14 Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of Law No. 1 of 1946 and/or Article 156 or Article 156a of the Criminal Code, as well as Article 28 Paragraph 2 of Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 about ITE. "The maximum threat is a prison sentence of 10 years," explained the Police Chief.
