The Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kalideres Police explained that the man was arrested on Wednesday (10/12) yesterday. Currently, the rapist has been handed over to the West Jakarta Police Women and Children Service Unit for further investigation. The 36-second video shows a man doing something inappropriate to a child. The video is thought to have been taken from the top floor. The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kalideres Police said that the video was allegedly recorded on Sunday, October 9, 2022, at around 16:00 WIB. The incident took place near a vacant lot.
