Brigadier General Helfi Assegaf, Head of the Indonesian National Police (INP) Food Task Force also explained that the President Director of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya, Karyawan Gunarso, and two other suspects in the alleged rice adulteration case have not yet detained for being cooperative.

"We have not made any arrests because they were very cooperative during the investigation, as we mentioned earlier," he explained on Friday (8/1/2025).

The other two suspects are Ronny Lisapaly, Director of Operations, and RP, Head of the Quality Control Section. All three are currently being charged under Article 62 in conjunction with Article 8 Paragraph 1 letters a and f of the Consumer Protection Law, as well as Articles 3, 4, and 5 of the Money Laundering Law.
