The West Java Regional Police General Criminal Investigation Directorate will examine the psychology of Indonesian House of Representative (DPR RI) member, DP and her partner DA, who allegedly murdered a woman named Indriana Dewi Eka (25). The victim found rotted, wrapped in blanked, in Banjar City on February 25th. The General Criminal Investigation Director Senior Superintendent Surawan in his statement confirms the video showing the two suspect laughing while moving the body to the car trunk. Currently police are undergoing digital forensic on the video. “We will ask them why they laugh in that particular moment. We will examine their mental condition,” said Surawan. Furthermore, Surawan reveals that they were carrying the body to be thrown away, while also picking up MR. The Director adds that his party already got the full picture of the murder chronology following case reconstruction in Bogor. Surawan further reveals that to prevent the victim’s parent from being suspicious about their lost daughter, suspects told the parents that Indriana was about to send them food. The food was sent by DP after got the signal from DA. Following the findings of victim’s body, police successfully tracked the suspects based on the information from Indriana’s parents. The parents told the police that Indriana was last seen going out with DP, her lover. It was also said that Indriana’s phone was still active, allegedly used by the suspect, to contact the parents. “After the parents tried to call their daughters, the call was rejected. This caused the parents to grow suspicious and became our lead in investigating the case,” conclude Surawan. (ad/fa/pr/nm)
