The head of Criminal Investigation Unit, Police Commissioner Adjutant Ali Jupri explains that the first case involving ALW has allegedly murdered his father-in-law which happens on September 24th, 2023. “According to initial examination on the suspect, the suspect felt that his father-in-law was obstructing the family relationship between the suspect and his wife. Felt that he was not being defended, he decided to commit murder,” said Ali on Monday (9/25/2023). Furthermore, police reveal that ALW also allegedly damaged his parent-in-law house. Ali states that ALW was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code carries the threat of the death penalty or life imprisonment for his murder case. While for his vandalism, ALW was charged with Article 406 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. “Objectively, it was obvious that ALW is a foreigner which prohibits him from going abroad.
