Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Metro Jaya Regional Police records there are thousands of travelers captured by the Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) for violating the traffic law. Following this, police announced and told the people that they never sent the ETLE ticketing through WhatsApp with the format of APK.

“Beware of this scam method. We from the Metro Jaya Regional Police Traffic Directorate never sent the digital ticketing of ETLE through WhatsApp with the format of APK,” quote the TMC Metro Jaya Regional Police official account.

The account states that the fine ticket will be sent through a post letter according to the address registered in the vehicle documents.

Police urged people to beware with the scam through the WhatsApp messages and implore them to first confirm the letter at the official websites of ETLE.
