"President Prabowo Subianto's directive in this Plenary Cabinet Session is clear: the government bureaucracy must continue to digitally transform public services to ensure greater accessibility," said Presidential Chief of Staff Dudung Abdurachman in Jakarta on Tuesday (9/29/2026).

At the signing of the SP4N-LAPOR! Synergy Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB), as quoted in an official press release, Dudung explained that the acceleration of electronic-based services prioritizes certainty and speed of response in the field.

Furthermore, he stated that digital services between applications also need to be connected to reduce bureaucratic system complexity.

Through this transformation, Dudung said, the government is expected to be more responsive to and responsive to the problems faced by citizens.

To support the President's directive, the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB), the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Communication and Digital, the Indonesian Ombudsman, and the Presidential Staff Office (KSP) agreed to extend their collaborative commitment to manage SP4N-LAPOR!.

This electronic-based system functions as an official national platform for accommodating all public aspirations and complaints.

The government guarantees the confidentiality of reporters' identities and targets a maximum report processing time of three working days.
