inp.polri.go.id - Bali. The Bali Regional Police continues to refine personnel readiness to secure the 2026 International Association of Women Police (IAWP) event, which will be held in Bali.

Personnel readiness is a primary concern, encompassing physical and mental health, as well as discipline in carrying out duties during the series of events at the global police forum.

This was conveyed by the Bali Regional Police Chief Inspector General, Senior Superintendent Asep Ahdiatna, while leading a morning roll call in the front yard of the Bali Regional Police Headquarters on Monday (9/14/2026).

"Readiness not only concerns the execution of duties, but also the physical condition of personnel. Therefore, all members are reminded to maintain their health and fitness," said Asep.

Asep emphasized the importance of discipline for all personnel, especially in carrying out security duties during the 2026 IAWP series of activities.

According to him, each member must also understand the hierarchy, duties, authorities, and official mechanisms to ensure that all duties are carried out properly.

"Adherence to hierarchy is also a priority. Every personnel is expected to understand their duties, authorities, and applicable service mechanisms so that the implementation of their duties can proceed orderly and in accordance with regulations," he said.

The Bali Regional Police hope that his personnel will be able to support the smooth running of all aspects of security for the 2026 IAWP.

The 2026 IAWP is scheduled to take place from September 20-24, 2025, in Bali.

The forum will bring together delegates from 75 countries to discuss and formulate the future of the police force.
