Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  President Prabowo Subianto officially commissioned 2,000 newly graduated cadets as junior officers of the Indonesian Military (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police (INP) during the 2025 Prasetya Perwira ceremony at the Merdeka Palace on Wednesday (23/7/2025).

The commissioned officers include 827 from the Army, 433 from the Navy, 293 from the Air Force, and 447 from the Police. 

President Prabowo, in his first time leading the ceremony, awarded the prestigious Adhi Makayasa to eight top graduates and led the oath-taking ceremony.

"Be the people's soldiers, national soldiers, warrior soldiers. Be the people's police, national police, warrior police. Always defend and love your people," he said in his address.

The president reminded the new officers that the nation's sovereignty and the people's safety rested on their shoulders and called their profession noble yet demanding.
