Inp.polri.go.id - Bogor.  President Prabowo Subianto on Monday(29/9/2025)  inaugurated the mass signing of housing loan agreements for 26,000 subsidized homes under the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) scheme in Bogor, West Java.

The event, held at the Pesona Kahuripan 10 complex, was attended by Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, Minister of Housing and Settlement Maruarar Sirait, and two beneficiaries. 

President Prabowo symbolically handed over keys to 10 low-income recipients from diverse professions before pressing a siren to mark the official signing.

Prabowo stressed the housing sector’s importance as both a social necessity and an economic driver. 

“Housing is essential, not only to meet the needs of low-income people but also as an engine of economic development,” he said, as quoted by antaranews.com.

The initiative, organized by the Housing Ministry and BP Tapera, represents Indonesia’s largest-ever subsidized housing program. The government has raised its 2025 target from 220,000 to 350,000 homes, offering incentives such as exemptions from land acquisition duties and VAT.
