Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of Religious Affairs launched the Hajj Command Center and a new integrated mobile app called Satu Haji to enhance operational oversight of the 2025 Hajj season.
Located at the Directorate General for Hajj and Umrah Services in Jakarta, the command center functions as a centralized hub for real-time data on pilgrim movement, payment status, quota management, departures, returns, and emergency cases. It features nine dashboards and includes a public complaints system, as reported by antaranews.com.
Director General Hilman Latief said on Wednesday (7/5/2025) that the initiative is part of the ministry’s digital transformation, building on the long-running Siskohat database system.
Also launched was Satu Haji, a rebranded mobile app that combines features of the previous Haji Pintar and Umrah Cerdas apps. It allows users to register for Hajj, access services, and receive official updates.
Officials say both platforms aim to improve decision-making, transparency, and convenience for pilgrims and Hajj organizers alike.
