Inp.polri.go.id – Riau. Riau Regional Police Traffic Directorate trains their personnel to escort, secure, and patrols for the upcoming 2024 General Elections security operations in Pekanbaru. Four cars of Traffic Patrols (PJR) were prepared for training the personnel in escort during the elections. “The training was held to prepare our personnel for the upcoming 2024 General Elections security,” says the Deputy Chief of Riau Police, quoted from Antaranews on Thursday (10/12/2023). Through the training, police trained the VVIP drivers to ensure that they are capable, able, and skilled in driving. In his official statement, he says that the escape technique is an important technique for safety measures. Other personnel, particularly drivers, are trained to escort and carry out safety measures if any challenges occurred in the field. “The advance driving technique includes U-Turn technique and J turn technique,” he concluded.
