Inp.polri.go.id – Semarang. Police found a woman initialed A (18) who has been secured in Semarang Penitentiary parking lot. The woman allegedly smuggled methamphetamine weighing 16.13 grams to inside Semarang Penitentiary. “From the discovery, we found three packages of methamphetamine packaged in condoms and hid in her private parts,” says the Director of Drug Investigation of Central Java Police, Grand Commissioner M Anwar Nazir, quoted from Antaranews on Thursday (10/12/2023). According to him, the discovery began when police heard an information about drug smuggling plans by prison visitors. After securing A, police women then examine the suspect. “According to the examination of A, it was revealed that the methamphetamine will be given to an inmate with the initials of R. Suspect also admits that she received IDR 2.5 million in cash by someone for delivering the illicit drugs to the prison,” explained Anwar. (ad/bg/pr/nm)
