Six Facebook Incestuous Groups Major Players Arrested by Police

inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) have arrested six perpetrators who are the major players of two incestuous groups in Facebook, Fantasi Sedarah and Suka Duka. The two groups are infamous in spreading twisted pornographic content, such as incest and child pornography.

Head of the Public Information Section of INP Public Relations Division, Senior Superintendent Erdi Adrimulan Chaniago in an official statement in Jakarta, Tuesday (5/20/2025), explained that the arrests were a collaboration between the Cyber ​​Crime Directorate of INP Criminal Investigation Unit and the Cyber ​​Directorate of the Metro Jaya Regional Police.

"This group has long been a concern as it spreads pornographic content of children and incest. We have succeeded in arresting six perpetrators who are now in the process of being investigated," said Erdi.

Furthermore, he said that the police arrested the perpetrators at several locations in Java and Sumatra.

He explained that the perpetrators were admins and active members of the group that was proven to have uploaded sexual content involving women and minors.

In addition, he said that the National Police secured a number of pieces of evidence from the six perpetrators, namely computer devices, mobile phones, SIM cards, digital documents in the form of photos and videos, and various other pieces of evidence related to the illegal activities.

Meanwhile, the six perpetrators, he said, are currently being held at the INP Criminal Investigation Unit and the Metro Jaya Regional Police for further investigation.

"We will continue to take firm action against any form of distribution of pornographic content, especially those involving children as victims. This is a form of our commitment to protecting the public, especially the younger generation, from the threat of dangerous digital content," he said.

Therefore, he said that it is possible that the number of suspects in the case will increase along with further investigation.
