Inp.polri.go.id - Purbalingga.  The Purbalingga Sub-regional are investigating the death of a 46-year-old South Korean man, who was found dead inside a parked car near a Kalimanah gas station on Sunday morning (18/5/2025).

"The body is currently undergoing examination at Margono Soekarjo Regional Hospital in Purwokerto," said Purbalingga Police Chief Superintendent Achmad Akbar, as quoted by antaranews.com

Initial reports indicate that a local resident, identified as Triyanto (47), alerted Kalimanah Police Office after noticing a man unconscious in the driver’s seat of a white Daihatsu Luxio at around 9.10 am.

Responding officers forced entry into the vehicle after receiving no response from inside and confirmed the man had died.

Forensics officers from Purbalingga Police identified the deceased as  an employee of PT Sung Chang Indonesia in Kalimanah, identified as KS, who resded in Bekasi, West Java. The cause of death remains under investigation pending medical findings.
