Chief of South Sumatra Regional Police Inspector General Albertus Rachmad Wibowo, accompanied by senior officials, conducted inspections at polling stations in Palembang on Wednesday (14/02/2024). Following a joint patrol with the South Sumatra Province's Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda), they visited TPS 35, 36, and 37 in Lorok Pakjo Sub-District. He underscored that the purpose of these activities was to ensure the readiness of security personnel, including polling station security officers and polling station organizer (KPPS) , for the voting process at the polling station. "I spoke with KPPS 36 Lorok Pakjo, where operations were conducted seamlessly, with all personnel present," he affirmed. Furthermore, he expressed appreciation for the preparedness of the personnel and the enthusiasm of the public in exercising their democratic rights. "Overall, security is effectively managed, enabling activities to proceed safely and orderly.
